Lost Lands: The Wanderer is an action/adventure game that revolves around Susan the Warmaide, who finds herself in an island of mysteries, Lost Lands. An evil overlord, a ghost ship, and many other unknown elements make her journey even more mysterious.
Game Premise and Characters
For several years, Lost Lands’ pirates and sailors have been discussing a ghostly ship that succumbed to a huge storm. The people do not vividly remember the incident, but that does not prevent them from discussing it frequently. This concept isn’t necessarily fresh. But the flawless delivery makes the game a true standout.The narrative develops at the correct pace, with enough actions that keep you entertained. Also, there is good enough explanation for any behavior that look seemingly illogical. The landscapes are fascinating to explore, and the characters are quite engaging. You would come across a variety of characters, from foes to friends and humans to non-humans, who add to the storyline’s complexity.
Realistic Visuals
The game’s visuals are quite realistic. The cutscenes and animations are worth appreciation too. The 50 stunning locations also add to the visual treat on offer. And the voiceovers are excellent, which complement the different characters quite nicely. The extra content on offer truly impresses. The Collector’s Edition has a bonus chapter, a great range of collectibles, a strategy guide, achievements, morphing objects, concept art, wallpapers, videos, soundtracks, and 20 bonus puzzles.
